Painting competitions, photography competitions, and debate competitions are being organized across taluk, district, and state levels, along with public readings of the Constitution of India's Preamble in schools, colleges, government offices, and community spaces.

a) Painting competitions are open to school students.

b) Photography competitions are open to students from higher education institutions.

c) Debate competitions are exclusively for students from Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (KREIS).

c) Mahatma Gandhi's vision of Bharat.

d) Democracy in everyday life.

Each competition has prizes at three levels:

a) State level: 1st - ₹1,00,000, 2nd - ₹50,000, 3rd - ₹25,000

b) District level: 1st - ₹25,000, 2nd - ₹15,000, 3rd - ₹10,000

c) Taluk level: 1st - ₹15,000, 2nd - ₹10,000, 3rd - ₹5,000

The competitions are being organized by multiple departments including the Department of School Education and Literacy, Department of Higher Education, and KREIS, under the overall coordination of the Department of Social Welfare.
